Visibility starts with being named
Brand Auditor treats a brand mention as the baseline signal. For each tracked keyword or prompt, the audit checks whether supported AI platforms mention the brand in the answer.
A mention alone is not the whole result. The product also tracks whether the answer links to your site, whether competitors appear, the sentiment of the mention, and whether the same pattern holds across platforms.
Visibility is tied to customer questions
The audit pipeline scores the union of saved keywords and prompts. Keywords capture compact topics; prompts capture full questions. Both can affect the baseline because customers use both short searches and conversational questions.
Search evidence matters
Brand Auditor combines AI response data with search signals collected during the audit. Those signals power report sections such as citation analysis, Featured Snippets, SERP landscape, People Also Ask, autocomplete, related queries, and Google AI Mode when data exists and the plan allows access.
The goal is action, not just reporting
