Brand Management

Brand settings

Edit brand details, keywords, prompts, and competitors.

Editable fields

Brand settings let you edit the display name, search term, domain, industry, primary market, secondary-market toggle, language, keywords, prompts, and competitors.

The search term maps back to the brand field used for matching in AI responses, so it should be the name customers and AI platforms are likely to use.

Plan limits are enforced in the form

The form shows keyword, prompt, and competitor counters. Starter allows 3 keywords, 3 prompts, and 2 competitors. Professional allows 6 keywords, 6 prompts, and 3 competitors. Enterprise allows 10 keywords, 10 prompts, and 5 competitors.

Brand and prompt add-ons can increase the relevant allowance for active addon subscriptions, except Enterprise brand capacity is already unlimited.

Scheduled audits live on the edit screen

When editing an existing brand, a Scheduled Audits panel appears. Scheduled audits are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Professional supports weekly and monthly schedules; Enterprise supports daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

When monitoring is enabled, Brand Auditor stores the selected frequency and calculates the next audit date. Turning monitoring off clears the next audit date.

Saving settings affects future audits

Changes to brand settings affect future audits, not completed reports. After changing inputs, run a new audit when you want the dashboard and reports to reflect the new setup.
