Deleting or archiving brands
Remove brands carefully when they are no longer needed.
There is deletion, not archive
The current product exposes a Delete Brand action in the brand edit screen danger zone. There is no separate archive workflow in v1.
Deletion is permanent
The delete confirmation warns that deleting the brand also deletes associated audits and cannot be undone. Export or print anything you need before deleting.
Confirm the correct team and brand
Brand data belongs to the team where it was created. Check the team context, brand name, and domain before using the danger-zone action.
Use exports before cleanup
For completed audits, use View, Print, CSV export where available, or Enterprise bulk export before removing the brand from the workspace.
