Audits and Reports

Read an audit report

Move from summary to evidence to action.

Report requirements

A report can be opened only for a completed audit that is still inside the team retention window. If the audit is incomplete, the app redirects back to the audit page. If it is expired, the app redirects to brand history with a retention message.

Report navigation

The report includes a section navigation bar for web viewing. Core sections include Executive Summary, LLM Platform Performance, Keywords, Citations, and Recommendations.

Conditional sections appear only when the audit has data for them: Competitors, Google AI Mode, Featured Snippets, SERP Landscape, Autocomplete, Top Pages, AI Mentions, Related Queries, Optimisation vs Visibility, and Optimisation Audit findings.

Read in evidence order

Start with the executive summary and overall score, then move to platform performance, keyword visibility, citation analysis, and competitor comparison. Use recommendations after you understand the evidence that produced them.

Deltas compare with the previous audit

Report views include score deltas from the trend service when a previous completed audit exists. Deltas help explain movement but should be read with any setup changes made between audits.
