Referral scheme

Each eligible team has a referral code and share link. The share link points to /redeem with the code in the URL, so the referred team can register with attribution already attached.

If referral rewards are still being configured, the page shows a pending state instead of a link. When the Stripe referral coupon is configured, Brand Auditor can generate the team code automatically.

The referred team receives a first-month discount. Your team earns a one-month-equivalent Brand Auditor credit after that referred team has made its first paid subscription payment.

The reward can be applied immediately or held for a future checkout depending on the billing state at the time the reward is confirmed.

The referral dashboard shows total signups, pending rewards, rewards applied, and void rewards. The referral table lists up to the latest 50 redemptions with team, signup date, status, reward date, and reward type.

Statuses include awaiting first payment, ready for checkout, reward earned, void, and not eligible.

Referral signup and reward emails follow the team notification preferences. The referral page links back to notification settings so the owner can turn referral programme emails on or off.
