Troubleshooting

Quota and plan limits

Resolve blocked actions caused by usage limits.

Audit quota

Audit quota is team-level. Starter has 4 audits per month, Professional has 15, and Enterprise has 30. The billing page combines the plan allowance with one-off or recurring audit add-on credits.

Manual and scheduled audits draw from the same team quota. If there is no remaining quota, the app blocks new audit dispatch rather than queueing work that cannot be processed.

Setup limits

Starter allows 5 brands, 3 keywords, 3 prompts, and 2 competitors per brand. Professional allows 25 brands, 6 keywords, 6 prompts, and 3 competitors. Enterprise allows unlimited brands, 10 keywords, 10 prompts, and 5 competitors.

Brand add-ons and prompt add-ons can increase those caps. Existing brands or prompts remain available after an add-on is cancelled, but new creation is blocked once the team is over its current limit.

Feature limits

Technical Review limits are 1 page for free or trial access, 5 for Starter, 25 for Professional, and 100 for Enterprise. Find Keywords limits are 1 run for free or trial access, 2 for Starter, 10 for Professional, and 30 for Enterprise.

Professional and Enterprise unlock scheduled audits. Professional supports weekly or monthly scheduling; Enterprise supports daily, weekly, or monthly scheduling.

What to do when blocked

When a limit blocks work, either reduce the setup, wait for the next billing period where the limit resets, buy the relevant add-on, or upgrade the plan.

Before monthly reporting or client delivery, check remaining audits, Technical Review allowance, Find Keywords runs, brand count, and tracked term counts so important work is not blocked at the deadline.
