Organize multiple brands or clients inside one team.
Use the Brands index
The Brands page lists team brands, shows the current brand count against the plan limit, supports live search by brand name, and paginates results 15 at a time.
Each row links to the brand overview and, when an audit exists, shows the latest score, share of voice, citation rate, keyword count, audit count, and latest audit date.
Understand brand capacity
Free access is limited to 1 brand. Starter supports 5 brands, Professional supports 25, and Enterprise supports unlimited brands. Active brand add-ons can increase Starter or Professional capacity.
If a team is over its current limit, existing brands remain active and scheduled audits continue, but creating new brands requires a brand pack or plan upgrade.
Name brands for scanning
For agencies or multi-product teams, use brand names that are easy to distinguish in the index and dashboard. Include region or product context in the display name when that avoids confusion.
Spend audit quota deliberately
Audit quota is team-level. Prioritize active brands where the team is improving content, reporting to a stakeholder, or monitoring competitive movement.
