Getting Started

Run your first audit

Start an audit and understand what happens while it runs.

Launch from onboarding

The final onboarding step reviews the brand, search term, domain, industry, location, keywords, and saved prompts. From there, choose Run Your Free Audit to dispatch the audit or skip and return to the dashboard.

If an audit quota exception occurs during onboarding, Brand Auditor marks onboarding complete, shows the error, and sends the user to billing so they are not trapped in the wizard.

What the audit checks

The audit status screen explains the three broad checks: LLM responses, search signals, and recommendations. The job then progresses through queued, collecting LLM responses, collecting search data, processing audit, and complete states.

The platforms used depend on the team plan. Starter is ChatGPT-first, Professional adds Google AI Mode, and Enterprise adds Gemini and Perplexity.

Watch progress or leave it running

The audit status page polls every 5 seconds. If audit-complete notifications are enabled, the page shows the email address that will receive the completion email.

When the audit completes, the status screen redirects to the completed audit report.

Avoid changing inputs mid-run

Let the first audit complete before changing keywords, prompts, competitors, or market settings. The audit is a snapshot of the brand setup at launch time, and a stable first snapshot is easier to compare later.
