Getting Started

Understand your first results

Read the first audit by looking for patterns, not isolated scores.

Start with the report sections

A completed audit opens as an embedded report. The report includes an executive summary, LLM platform performance, keyword visibility, citation analysis, recommendations, and any extra sections with available data.

Extra sections can include competitors, Google AI Mode, Featured Snippets, SERP landscape, autocomplete, top-performing pages, AI search mentions, related queries, optimisation versus visibility, and optimisation findings.

Use scores as a navigation aid

Overall and platform scores quickly show where to look, but the report evidence explains why. Open the keyword, citation, competitor, and recommendation sections before deciding what to change.

Brand cards on the dashboard show the latest completed audit score, share of voice, citation rate, model consistency, and per-platform scores when available.

Read citations carefully

Citation Analysis distinguishes owned citations from earned third-party citations and calculates the citation rate. It can show which pages and domains are influencing AI answers around the same topics.

Turn the baseline into work

After the first report, use Improve, Technical Review, and Find Keywords where your plan allows. The goal is to convert the audit into concrete changes: clearer content, stronger source coverage, better competitive positioning, and pages that AI systems can parse.
