Getting Started

Choose keywords and prompts

Select keywords and natural-language prompts that reflect customer discovery.

Keywords are compact topics

Keywords are the short search topics Brand Auditor uses to group visibility data. They should describe the commercial topics your customer might research, such as a category, problem, service, or comparison area.

The brand form enforces the plan limit for keywords. Starter supports 3, Professional supports 6, and Enterprise supports 10.

Prompts are full questions

Prompts are optional natural-language questions used for AI and AI search analysis. They are meant to sound like a real customer asking for advice, comparison, or a recommendation.

The form treats prompts separately from keywords and enforces a prompt limit. Prompt add-ons can increase the per-brand prompt allowance for teams with active prompt-addon subscriptions.

How onboarding suggestions work

During onboarding, Brand Auditor builds suggested prompts from the entered keywords and industry. Examples follow patterns like best options, how to choose, and which companies are recommended for the keyword.

Suggestions are selected by default, and the user can untick any that should not be saved. The saved list is capped by the team prompt limit.

Keep the first set interpretable

For the first audit, choose a small set of high-intent topics rather than a broad list of loosely related phrases. A clean baseline makes the report easier to interpret and makes later changes easier to explain.
