Prioritising fixes
Decide which visibility improvements should happen first.
Start with active and regressed recommendations
In Action Plan, active recommendations are the current work queue. Regressed recommendations deserve attention because they were previously marked done but have reappeared in the latest audit.
Use volume and invisibility together
For platform work, prioritize invisible keywords with higher AI volume first. For Opportunities and Find Keywords, prioritize rows with strong score, volume, PAA/question intent, or competitive gaps.
Use Technical Review for page-level blockers
When a priority topic maps to a page, scan that page. Technical Review separates schema, structure, content, metadata, E-E-A-T, AI-readability, and keyword-alignment issues so technical and content work can be assigned clearly.
Verify with another audit
Marking a recommendation done does not prove the issue is fixed. Run another audit after changes go live so Brand Auditor can classify the work as resolved, still active, or regressed.
