Enterprise-only reasoning
AI reasoning is an Enterprise feature. In the report keyword excerpts, non-Enterprise users see a locked AI Reasoning panel explaining that reasoning is available on Enterprise.
Where reasoning appears
When reasoning data is present for a keyword and LLM response, the report shows an expandable AI Reasoning panel below the response excerpt. The text is limited in the UI so the report remains readable.
Use reasoning with response evidence
Reasoning should be interpreted alongside the raw excerpt, sentiment label, citation status, and competitor presence. It helps explain why a platform may have mentioned or missed the brand, but the evidence remains the source of truth.
Do not expect reasoning on every row
Reasoning appears only where the audit data includes it. Rows without reasoning still show mention status, sentiment, citation status, and response excerpts when available.
