Create your account

Create an account, verify email, and get into the product safely.

Register or sign in

Use the sign-up flow to create a new account, or sign in if your team has already invited you. Authenticated users are routed through onboarding before they can use the main dashboard and brand screens.

Account routes use a verified-with-grace middleware, so email verification may be requested by the app while still allowing a short grace period for new users.

Name the team

The first onboarding step asks for a team name. This is the company, client, or organisation that owns the brands, audits, usage, notification settings, billing, referrals, and reports.

If you arrived with a promo or referral code, the onboarding flow can apply it while saving the team details. Invalid codes are shown in the wizard instead of blocking the rest of setup.

Understand team-scoped data

Brands, audit quota, Find Keywords runs, Technical Review allowance, exports, and billing belong to the active team. When a user belongs to more than one team, they should confirm the selected team before creating a brand or running a new audit.

Super-admin users are routed to the admin dashboard instead of the normal customer dashboard.

Where support fits

The support page remains reachable for authenticated users even if onboarding, billing, or subscription access is blocked. Use it when account access or setup is preventing normal product use.
