Getting Started
Welcome to Brand Auditor
Learn what Brand Auditor measures and how the main product areas fit together.
What Brand Auditor measures
Brand Auditor shows whether your brand is visible in AI-led discovery. It checks whether supported AI and search surfaces mention the brand, cite the domain, include competitors, and recommend one option over another.
The product turns those checks into an audit report, brand dashboard metrics, citation analysis, competitor benchmarks, keyword visibility views, and improvement tasks.
How the first session works
New accounts enter a three-step onboarding wizard: name the team, add the first brand, then run or skip the first audit. The brand setup captures the public brand name, search term, domain, industry, market, keywords, optional prompts, and optional competitors.
The onboarding audit is designed to create a baseline. It is useful even when the score is low because it shows where the brand is missing, where competitors are present, and which sources are shaping the answers.
What you see after onboarding
The dashboard summarizes account capacity, recent work, notifications, running audits, and the current brand portfolio. Brand cards show the latest completed audit score, share of voice, citation rate, consistency, and per-platform score where data exists.
Use the dashboard for orientation, the brand pages for diagnosis, the audit report for evidence, and Improve for prioritised work.
Plan coverage at a glance
Feature access is plan-based. Starter audits include ChatGPT. Professional adds Google AI Mode, scheduled audits, CSV export, white-label reporting, and more search insight screens. Enterprise adds Gemini, Perplexity, AI reasoning, secondary-market comparison, bulk export, daily scheduled audits, and higher limits.
Complimentary teams use Enterprise-level feature access unless a complimentary audit cap is set for that team.
