Audit status and failures
Understand audit states and what to do if a run fails.
Status steps
The audit status screen shows Queued, Collecting LLM Responses, Collecting Search Data, Processing Audit, and Complete. The page refreshes automatically every 5 seconds.
Completion notifications
If audit-complete email notifications are enabled, the status page shows the email address that will receive the completion message. If notifications are off, the page says audit complete emails are switched off in notification settings.
When an audit completes
When a running audit becomes complete, the status component redirects to the audit report page. Completed audits show report, print, and export actions depending on plan access.
When an audit fails
Failed audits show an audit issue message and link back to audit history or the brand. The failure is logged for the Brand Auditor team, and failed audits refund the reserved usage credit when they are first marked failed.
Admin activity log
The detailed activity log on the status screen is only visible during super-admin impersonation. Normal customer users see the high-level status flow rather than the internal log stream.
