PDF/report issues

Reports and PDFs require a completed audit that is still inside the team retention window. Incomplete audits redirect back to the audit page, and expired audits redirect to brand history with a retention message.

Retention is 1 year on Starter, 3 years on Professional, and 5 years on Enterprise. Complimentary teams use the Enterprise retention window unless otherwise capped.

Report sections render only when the audit has the relevant data and the team has the relevant feature. AI Reasoning, Google AI Mode, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, Autocomplete, Search Comparison, and Follow Up Opportunities can be absent when the audit payload does not contain those rows.

This is expected behavior. The report is a snapshot of what was collected and processed for that audit.

White-label reporting is available on Professional, Enterprise, and complimentary teams. The settings page accepts company name, primary colour, secondary colour, and an optional logo image up to 2 MB.

Uploaded logos are stored in DigitalOcean Spaces and old logo files are deleted when replaced or removed. PDFs try to inline the logo image when generating the report.

If PDF generation fails, retry after a moment. Professional, Enterprise, and complimentary teams can also use CSV ZIP exports for completed retained audits while support investigates the PDF issue.
